12.3 x555 is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of third-party payment processing delays, network outages, or failures by banking intermediaries including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, where such delays or failures are outside x555's direct control.
12.4 x555's total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your x555 account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.5 Nothing in this Section limits x555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by x555's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13.1 By You. You may close your x555 account at any time by submitting a written closure request via live chat or support email. Before account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your last-used PKR payment method.
13.2 By x555. x555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; extended periods of inactivity exceeding 24 months without prior notice; or any other circumstance that x555 reasonably determines warrants account closure.
13.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, all bonus funds, free spins, and accumulated loyalty points are immediately forfeited. Pending bets placed before the closure decision was made will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any resulting balance will be paid to your registered PKR payment method following KYC verification.
13.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months will be classified as dormant. x555 will notify you at your registered email address before applying dormant account charges. After the 12-month inactivity period and notification, a monthly administration fee of PKR 200 will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
